Pass written test at PENNDOT
Before you can take your written test at PENNDOT, you'll need to be 16 years old. Pass your test to receive your Learner's Permit.
Take driving lessons
While optional in Pennsylvania, we highly recommend taking at least one driving lesson with a professional instructor.
Log your practice hours
Before you can take your road test, you must log 65 hours of driving practice, including 10 hours at night and five (5) hours of bad weather driving.
Take your Road Test & Get your Junior License
After holding your permit for at least 6 months, you can take your road test. Want to skip the line at PENNDOT? Take your test with us!

Driving lessons in Sanatoga provide a strong foundation for developing safe, real-world driving habits. The area's residential streets offer an ideal environment for mastering core skills like steering, speed control, and navigating intersections. This initial practice in a lower-traffic setting builds the confidence necessary to safely handle busier roads and more complex driving situations.
As abilities grow, students will gain experience on local routes like US-422, learning to merge, change lanes, and manage highway speeds effectively. Practicing these skills on routes toward nearby Pottstown or Limerick helps prepare learners for the dynamic traffic conditions they will encounter on daily commutes and longer trips, making them more versatile drivers.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
