Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and receive your learner's permit
Take 14 hours of professional driving instruction comprised of 7 driving hours and 7 observation hours (we offer those, too!) + complete 30 hours of additional driving practice to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate

Driving lessons in Redwood provide the ideal environment to build a strong foundation of essential skills. This calm setting helps new drivers develop core competencies and build confidence before tackling more complex traffic, ensuring they feel prepared and in control.
Once comfortable with the basics, lessons transition to handling dynamic routes like TX-123 and preparing for the demands of I-35. This practice is crucial for learning how to merge safely and manage highway speeds. The skills gained are directly applicable for trips toward nearby San Marcos or New Braunfels, building valuable real-world experience.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
