How many questions are on the test?
The test has 40 questions.
How many must I get right to pass?
You must answer at least 32 questions correctly in order to pass the test.
How long do I have to complete the test?
Test sessions are maximum one hour long.
What do I need to take my knowledge test?
You'll need a valid photo ID. If you've signed up for an electronic test, you'll also need a smartphone and a License Express account set up before you arrive. Because testing is proctored and sessions have a time limit, be sure to confirm you're able to log into License Express before your appointment time.
