Complete the 24 hour teen drivers ed course in no less than 6 days (Texas law only allows 4 hours of study per day) and we'll issue your course completion certificate right away
Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and receive your learner's permit
Take 14 hours of professional driving instruction comprised of 7 driving hours and 7 observation hours (we offer those, too!) + complete 30 hours of additional driving practice to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Cloverleaf are designed to build a strong foundation of essential skills in a practical setting. Students first get comfortable with vehicle controls and fundamental maneuvers on local residential streets. Here, they can focus on mastering smooth acceleration, braking, and turning without the pressure of heavy traffic. This controlled environment is perfect for developing the situational awareness needed for navigating intersections and managing speed before advancing to more challenging roadways.
Once comfortable with the basics, lessons will progress to more dynamic environments like the I-10 freeway. This hands-on experience is key to learning how to merge safely, maintain proper following distance at higher speeds, and anticipate the actions of other drivers. Practicing these skills on routes toward nearby Channelview prepares students for the real-world conditions they will encounter daily, making them well-rounded and capable drivers for the entire region.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
