Complete 44 hours of parent-led behind-the-wheel training to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete ITTD Course
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Garfield provide a great setting to build essential skills from the ground up. Students will start by mastering fundamental controls and vehicle handling on quieter local roads. This calm environment is ideal for practicing speed management, proper turning techniques, and developing situational awareness before advancing to areas with more activity.
Once confident with the basics, learners will practice on key routes like TX-71. This experience is vital for learning how to handle higher speeds and navigate interactions with other vehicles safely. These lessons prepare students for practical trips, whether it's a short drive to Del Valle or navigating the more complex traffic patterns found closer to Austin.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
Our ultimate aim is to translate these structured lessons into lasting confidence behind the wheel. We focus on teaching defensive driving strategies and fostering the good judgment necessary for a lifetime of safe and independent travel on any road.
