Pass Drivers Ed Course
Complete the 32 hour drivers ed course in no less than 16 days (Texas law only allows 2 hours of study per day) and we'll issue your course completion certificate right away
Pass Written Test
Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and pass your written test to receive your learner's permit
Complete Behind-the Wheel Training
Complete 44 hours of parent-led behind-the-wheel training to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete ITTD Course
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Giddings are designed to build practical skills in a supportive environment. Students begin by mastering the fundamentals on quiet local streets, focusing on smooth acceleration, braking, and steering. This foundational practice prepares them for navigating the city's grid and handling intersections, creating a solid base for more advanced maneuvers.
As confidence grows, lessons incorporate practice on key local routes like US-77 and US-290. Mastering these highways is essential for learning how to manage higher speeds and interact with different types of traffic. This experience prepares students for real-world driving scenarios, such as making a trip to nearby Bastrop or Brenham.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
