Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and pass your written test to receive your learner's permit
Complete Behind-the Wheel Training
Complete 44 hours of parent-led behind-the-wheel training to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete ITTD Course
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Round Rock provide a comprehensive learning experience, starting with the fundamentals in calm residential neighborhoods. Here, you'll build confidence by mastering steering, braking, and parking. As you progress, you will learn to navigate busier multi-lane roads and complex intersections, including the city's many roundabouts. This structured approach ensures you develop the core skills needed to handle diverse traffic situations safely.
Once you are comfortable with local streets, you will apply your skills on major thoroughfares like I-35. This is essential for learning how to merge safely, maintain consistent speed, and anticipate the actions of other drivers in faster-moving traffic. These practical lessons prepare you not just for driving around town but also for making longer trips to nearby cities like Georgetown with competence.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
