Complete the 24 hour teen drivers ed course in no less than 6 days (Texas law only allows 4 hours of study per day) and we'll issue your course completion certificate right away
Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and receive your learner's permit
Take 14 hours of professional driving instruction comprised of 7 driving hours and 7 observation hours (we offer those, too!) + complete 30 hours of additional driving practice to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Shepherd provide a perfect environment to build core driving competencies from the ground up. Once the basics are mastered, lessons will incorporate practice on local thoroughfares, including major routes like US-59. This experience is vital for learning how to safely merge, maintain consistent speed, and anticipate the actions of other drivers on a busy highway. Applying these skills on trips toward nearby Cleveland prepares students for the practical demands of regional travel and various road conditions they will encounter.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
