Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and receive your learner's permit
Take 14 hours of professional driving instruction comprised of 7 driving hours and 7 observation hours (we offer those, too!) + complete 30 hours of additional driving practice to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate

Driving lessons in Josephine provide a calm environment to build essential skills. The town’s quiet residential streets are ideal for mastering the fundamentals, from steering control and smooth braking to safely navigating intersections. This low-pressure setting helps new drivers develop solid techniques and confidence before facing heavier traffic, establishing a strong foundation for the road ahead.
Once you are comfortable with the basics, your lessons will expand to include routes like TX-78. This experience helps you learn to manage higher speeds, merge safely, and adapt to different traffic patterns. Practicing on these roads prepares you for real-world driving, including making trips to nearby Royse City and other communities in the area.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
