Complete the 24 hour teen drivers ed course in no less than 6 days (Texas law only allows 4 hours of study per day) and we'll issue your course completion certificate right away
Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and receive your learner's permit
Take 14 hours of professional driving instruction comprised of 7 driving hours and 7 observation hours (we offer those, too!) + complete 30 hours of additional driving practice to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Tolar provide an ideal setting for building essential skills from the ground up. Students first learn the fundamentals of vehicle control, proper turning, and navigating intersections on quiet residential streets. Once comfortable with the basics, lessons will progress to handling local thoroughfares like US-377.
