Pass Drivers Ed Course
Complete the 32 hour drivers ed course in no less than 16 days (Texas law only allows 2 hours of study per day) and we'll issue your course completion certificate right away
Pass Written Test
Bring your completion certificate to the DPS and pass your written test to receive your learner's permit
Complete Behind-the Wheel Training
Complete 44 hours of parent-led behind-the-wheel training to receive your behind-the-wheel completion certificate
Complete ITTD Course
Complete the state required Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) Course

Driving lessons in Grapevine are designed to build a comprehensive skill set for confident navigation. Students begin in quieter residential neighborhoods to master fundamental controls and parking. From there, they learn to handle unique traffic patterns around Main Street and busy commercial zones, developing keen awareness and decision-making skills in moderate to heavy traffic.
As proficiency grows, lessons incorporate practice on major thoroughfares like TX-121. Mastering skills like merging and maintaining consistent speed on these routes is essential for safe travel. This experience directly prepares new drivers for practical trips to nearby communities such as Southlake or Coppell, building competence for independent driving.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off at home, school, or work when available. To accommodate various schedules, some lessons may begin at convenient meeting points in the area, which will be shown once you start searching availability.
